Quality Control
Rather than relying on our customers to catch quality issues we do our own quality checks so that your labels arrive to you defect free. We have a full compliment of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) testing protocols and procedures. Each of our Nilpeter flexo presses is outfitted with video registration monitors which continuously scan the print web and search for potential defects. Every label job is subjected to a variety of ASTM ink adhesion tests prior to shipment thus ensuring that you recieve problem free, high quality labels every time.
